Coaching

We provide coaching for people who want to develop and enhance their effectiveness and relationships.  We are accredited in a number of internationally recognised models including The Leadership Circle, Gallup Strengths, Burke Learning Agility and Spiral Dynamics. We are also trained in Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey’s Immunity to Change process as well as somatics. We draw on the right tools at the right time to support growth and provide the presence that helps people unfold into their own potential.

Organisation Design

Element’s organisational design process invites leaders to reimagine the way people work, clarifying critical business priorities and exploring options to shape better conversations informed by data and insight. We pay as much attention to linkages between roles as the objectives of the roles themselves unlocking greater collaboration and learning. The result delivers a better platform for decision-making and liberates energy by eliminating barriers to work together in creative and productive ways.

Culture

The genesis of our reputation for catalysing positive cultural change was when our Director, Donna Thibault led Orica’s Deliver the Promise culture change program in the late 2000’s. The program was recognised by the Board as best practice and resulted in a 50% improvement in net promoter scores. Element has worked with a number of organisations honour their past and reshape their story line for the future. Our process is tailored to the situation but is always creative, energising and invitational.

Talent

We help organisations make developing talent a core strength.   We believe that growing people is everyone’s business and is an integral part of culture and strategy. We understand the factors that can get in the way of realising potential and have developed practical tools to help leaders and organisations clear their filters and collaborate with peers to grow others. Our approach appreciates richness in diversity of perspective and has contributed to the quality of D&I strategies and outcomes.

To be of genuine service leaders must recognise strengths in themselves and others and cultivate a self-transforming mindset. Element believes in a “show” not “tell” approach. Whether facilitating a strategy retreat, workshop or leadership program we shape experiences that reveal insights and offers the opportunity for safe practice.
