Organisation Design and Change

Project managed the combining of a workforce of more than 4,000 through the merger of Pacific National Coal into Pacific National. Partnering with in-house HR teams, people leaders, communications and legal advises, developed a fast moving yet highly coordinated change program. Designed and delivered change materials and coached stream partners, as well as partnered directly with the asset management group to develop new best in class organisational design and connectivity. The organisation structure was finalised in near record time, with high levels of engagement and clarity. Importantly exiting and disrupted staff were supported with care.
