Element listens deeply to uncover needs and challenges and develops tailored programs for clients, including, often catalysing greater insight within the leadership team for unlocking energy for change, supported by simple but transformational practices.

Programs and workshops developed and delivered include:

  • Executive diversity and inclusion workshop in a major food company, linking culture, organisational design, strategy and ways of working. The team gathered insights and tools to embed more effective, empowered and inclusive decision-making enabling decisions to be made at the right level thereby eliminating a significant structural barrier to scale. Strengths based leadership practices.

  • Design and facilitation of a 2 day leadership offsite for the Australian branch of a retail multi-national in the wake of major restructure. Created the conditions for alignment around strategy and purpose, customer engagement, and more effective teamwork based on leveraging one another’s strengths and experience.

  • Enabled the incoming MD of two under-developed asset management organisations re-establish and engage the leadership team, co-create guiding principles, plan the first 100 days, and start operating as a cohesive team.
